The hourly rate for individual and couple’s counseling sessions is $220, as recommended by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. Group therapy fees vary depending on the specific program and duration. Please refer to the Events page for more details. If fees are a barrier, please reach out to discuss accessible options.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, Apple Pay, and e-transfer. Payment is due at the end of each session, and group fees are paid in advance. A receipt will be provided upon payment, and these services are tax-deductible as medical expenses.
Yes, we provide a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation, which can be done via teleconferencing or telephone. This session allows you to discuss your needs and explore how our services can support your mental well-being. Schedule your consultation on the Get Started page.
Session fees are often partially or fully covered by insurance plans that include psychological counseling. You will receive a receipt at the end of your session to submit for reimbursement. Please verify your coverage with your provider, as it varies by plan.
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss an appointment without prior notification, you will be charged the full session fee.
Virtual appointments are conducted through our scheduling program, Jane, and do not require any additional software. Telephonic sessions are also available if preferred.
